The Generations Pokemon Planning (Awaiting Silver's Approval_)

Mkay, Here's My Proposal for Catching them:

To capture the First, You must defeat the Generations Island Champions. They Then give you an Item. You then go to a Shrine on the Island, With a Sleeping Velosice Standing there. Use the Item, And it wakes up.

The Second one, A little harder.(It IS gonna be Half Flying, And it's IS a Legenday, So it has to be hard, Due to some unwritten rule)

You have to go to the Safari Zone on Our Island,(It is a Safari Zone in name ONLY. This legendary is the only Pokemon you will be able to catch in it) It will be like Feebas, It is on only 6 Tiles, With Said tiles Changing daily. (I think it should be a rather large Place, Say, The size of Sootopolis)

I talked with Trainer Lucas yesterday, about the same thing.
I dropped the idea that it would be a Thunder-Ice Raptor. It would be light blue, with Sharp claws and teeth, and a long tail. His eyes would either be dark red or light green.
Out of 5, in comparison to the other Pokémons, his stats would be :
HP : 3.5
Attack : 3
Defence : 2.5
S. Atk : 4.5
S. Def : 2
Speed : 4
He could learn some other attacks related to his two other planned types, like Aqua Tail, Dragon Claw and Dragon Pulse, along with classics like Blizzard and Thunderbolt. And maybe a G-Mod attack unique to him that could be called Plasma Charge.

What do you think?

I'm Working on the Sprite now. Basicly, This Pokemon Will be like Rayquazza. Super fast, Extremely High Spec Attack...You get the Idea.

Now, What I COULD do, Is keep the Same Sprite, But color it Ice Colors, With Like Lightning Colors Running though it's Body. Hmm, I'll do both, Let you decide.

Which do you Like Better? 1, Or 2? The First one, Is Velosice. The Second one, Is Kyurkau. Decide.

I like Number 2 better.
And perhaps I'm thinking aloud here, but I think it'd look cool if Raikou's cloud had some thin veins of blue/cyan going into it.

Erm, anyway, as for the name and its custom move, something occurred to me.
Both ice storms and thunder storms are considered forces of nature that are very annoying, highly dangerous, and--in my case--likely to knock out your power lines for a couple days.
Perhaps its attack or its name could relate to this.

EDIT: Okay, using my formula for Pokemon name creations, I've come up with a possible name:
Blizzorator.

And I also came up with some possible lore for the opposing legendary:
"This nightmarish Pokemon has been seen haunting the dreams of the creators. It is believed to represent the fear of the game never being finished."

Basically, We're Screwing the Tiger. I'm supposed to make a Rapter. We'll see how it turns out...
