We aren't worrying about any NPC's currently, we want to get through all the playable characters first.
And even if we did have Wally, he would just share May/Brendan's music.

Gary's should just be a badass remix of the regular trainer battle, giving him his own theme but also slightly keeping the tradition of the rival not having his own theme in Kanto.

Each rival will have an overworld theme and a battle theme. If you don't like it, don't play the game. Nuff said.
