| It's obvious we need some more.
As of now, I want the Mods..well, the remaining ones...anyway, I want you guys to find intelligent, popular forums we can work with. Without FSK we can't code, Kiddragon is busy being a worker on Smash Flash or whatever, and, oh, yeah. WE ONLY HAVE 5 ACTIVE USERS.
I mostly want ONE forum/website to help--
Pokemon Marriland.
I checked out the forums, and it's actually active and has smart people. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?
I'll work on getting Marriland to help, the remaining of you all..don't leave. Please.
If Silver is going to push this all away, I'M in charge.
Which means work WILL be done, like it or not.
Let me officially re-welcome you all to Pokemon Generations.
This time, it WILL happen.

| One thing we could do is lose our affiliation with MG. That way, we don't get extreme retards asking the same question "'Why can't I play', 'How do you download this', or 'Where can I play?'" MG is the main reason why people join this forum, then they realize they can't play, and then they leave forever. | |

| There's an idea right there.
Also, have you any ideas for affiliates?

But isn't that why FSK came? Because PKMN Gens was an affiliate on MG?

| Alright, I asked Marriland. - Sonosony wrote:
- I was just wondering if I could ask a favor from ya'.
About a year ago, my friend started a forum entitled "Pokemon: Generations". PKMN Gens is basically a ROM hacked fan-game we're working on. It's mainly using one idea that EVERYONE has been wanting for quite some time-- All 5 of the main-game regions in one. For the most part, there's only about seven out of the near 1000 on the forum who are active, but don't worry. With or without a team, I'll get this done.
The forum itself is in progress, re-design and everything, so don't let it throw you off.
The other affiliate we have only brings people who ask when the game will be released, then become inactive when we tell them it's in progress. Perhaps gaining your affiliation could bring the help we need around there.
I'll send the rectangle image if you do happen to help.
I speak for the entire Pokemon: Generations team when I say thank you in advance. - Marriland wrote:
- It does sound like you have a lot of passion for that project, and that's great. However, both my own position and the position of the Marriland Forums is against the promotion of piracy or illegal emulation. ROM hacks, while I do respect the creative endeavor behind them, do not fall in line with our stance here. These hacks are often times loaded onto game cards and then sold by people on eBay or other sites. Take the infamous Chaos Black for instance. We can't support sites that deal with ROMs or anything pertaining to them (this includes patch files).
Sure, we didn't get affiliated, but it was still pretty cool knowing Marriland actually talked to me, but next time, we must make sure to find friends who are alright with ROM Hacking...like the SPRITER'S RESOURCE (can 'ya believe it?). That's all I can say for now.

| Make a new account, start the the..well, basics, and give them a sheet of a main-game Pokemon Trainer is FRLG style.
Just take one of the finished characters and sheet them.

Making friends here will be the hardest thing I've ever done. I can't believe I'm saying this, but this Proton guy is worse than UD in a way. That Proton might be the same Proton from the early days of the forums. Both have attitude and are kind of blunt.

Just take one of the finished characters and sheet them. Orrrr...I could just do that without making a new account. It's not like I already have a bad reputation. I'll get Brendan finished and then post that. See what they think of that.

Could we try Bulbagarden? I doubt we'll get anywhere with them. That's true, we'll just get a lot of devoted, willing, know-it-all people who don't know how to sprite, animate, or code. Or at least people who think they know it all.
