technically the rule was characters with afffiliation or realation to Pokemon
Therefore if the expansion in question had something to do with Pokémon or actualy used or fought Pokemon then it was allowed
In the Entity portion of Atop the 4th Wall the entity was actullay MissingNo. and Lewis clearly stated in his " The Electric Tale of Pikachu " episode that he has loved Pokemon from the start and actulally put on an ash hat and fingerless gloves for that episode.
And in the ongoing part in Seude's videos he Suede and Jew Wario were selected to participate in beta versions of a Pokemon MMORPG and would be allowed to play if they watched and reviewed every single Pokemon movie where he again stated he loved Pokemon

2. Your loophole argument is invalid. Just because he loves and talks about Pokemon doesn't make him allowed to be an expansion. | |
