Here how you do it :

-Admin panel set in Advanced format
-Then go to : Admin Panel/User and Groups/Rank Administration/Add new rank
Then you create it.
-Then, go to Admin Panel/User and Groups/Search User. Find your username, then scroll at the bottom, Rank Title. Set it to what you want.

Did it for you for this one.
