Official Pokemon Generations Spriting Contest

Basically, here's how it works. There are 3 Rounds. Each Round will be Explained after the One before it. You may NOT Enter edits, It must be Customized. You can NOT vote for yourself. You vote in your Posts, And you can only Vote ONCE per Round.

There will be Ten Contestants, After Round 1, The 6 Contestants who Received the most votes move on. After Round Two, 3 Contestants. Whoever receives the most votes After round 3, Wins. What do you Win, You ask? I will Sprite any Expansion Char You want, for Pokemon Generations.(I Do have a Few restrictions, If you win, Pm me, and We'll discuss)

Um, well, I can't custom so well, but I might have one thing that counts. I drew everything of it myself, but I used pre-existing sprites as reference.

This is the cast of an MM fan-game--but it was made in 16-bit. I gave myself the assignment/challenge of doing them all in 8-Bit, for compatibility reasons, and this is the result.
Now, if you're going to accept these, but I can only use one, I'd personally go with Missile-Man. He's seventh from the left in any given row.
